Minimal collection for a pre-release conversation.

1. Scope and operator status

This website presents M1 Project, an early-stage product at m1-project.cloud. A registered operating entity and business address have not been provided for publication. Until those facts are confirmed, this site is a pre-release marketing preview and should not be used to submit information that requires a specific regulated controller or contractual counterparty.

2. Information we collect

Early-access, contact, privacy, security, and self-hosted inquiry forms may collect your name, work email, company, role, team-size range, inquiry type, use-case description, agent tools or integrations of interest, and an optional product-update preference. The form also records a generated request identifier and submission time. It includes a hidden anti-abuse field and timing check, but does not intentionally store an IP address in the inquiry record.

3. What this site does not collect

The website does not provide accounts, payments, subscriptions, file uploads, repository connections, computer connections, agent execution, or product analytics. Do not submit source code, credentials, security secrets, health information, government identifiers, or other sensitive or confidential data. No advertising cookies, behavioral trackers, or third-party embeds are intentionally loaded.

4. How information is used

We use inquiry data to evaluate product fit, prioritize the pre-release program, respond to your request, and protect the form from abuse. Optional product updates are separate from the request and are not required. We do not claim a current right to train AI models on submissions, and this marketing implementation does not send form content to an AI model provider.

5. Storage, access, and service providers

Submissions are stored in a private database provided through the Site hosting platform. The public website exposes a write-only form endpoint and no public inquiry list. Authorized M1 Project operators and necessary hosting personnel may access data to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service. HTTP infrastructure may process ordinary request metadata and security logs.

6. Retention and deletion

No automatic deletion schedule is currently implemented, so we do not promise a fixed retention period. We intend to keep a submission only while it remains useful for the stated purposes or is needed for security and recordkeeping. You may request access, correction, or deletion through the privacy request form. We may need to verify that you control the submitted email before acting.

7. Future product data

The proposed M1 Project product may later process repository connections, task content, agent traces, team permissions, credentials, and third-party development integrations. None of that functionality is active on this marketing site. Any pilot will require separate technical disclosures and terms describing its actual vendors, controls, retention, and access model.

8. Changes and questions

We may update this policy as the implementation changes. The effective date above identifies this version. Use the contact form for privacy questions; no unverified privacy email address or officer is claimed.
