1. Pre-release status

M1 Project is under development. Visitors can read public materials and submit inquiries today. Repository access, connected computers, agent execution, team workspaces, integrations, accounts, subscriptions, and payments are not provided by this marketing site.

2. Early-access requests

Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance, a reply, access, launch timing, functionality, capacity, compatibility, price, or commercial terms. Proposed features and prices may change. If a pilot is offered, it may require identity or authority checks and a separate agreement that controls the pilot.

3. Website use

You may use the site for lawful evaluation and communication. Do not interfere with operation, probe beyond ordinary authorized security research, automate abusive submissions, attempt to access stored inquiries, or submit material you lack permission to share. The Acceptable Use Policy also applies.

4. Your submissions

You retain rights in information you submit. You give the site operator permission to store, review, and use the submission to respond, assess product fit, and operate the pre-release program. Do not submit confidential source code, credentials, personal data about others without authority, or material that violates third-party rights.

5. Illustrations and claims

Interface demonstrations contain representative sample tasks and simulated execution. They do not show live customer activity or prove that the proposed backend is operating. References to third-party products identify intended compatibility or category context and do not imply endorsement or affiliation.

6. Proposed pricing

Prices marked proposed launch pricing are research baselines for discussion only. No checkout exists and no amount is due through this website. A future purchase would require confirmed pricing and updated commercial terms.

7. No warranties or service levels

The website is provided for evaluation as available. Product descriptions may change. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, a launch date, response time, security certification, defect-free software, service level, or that agent output will be correct or suitable for release.

8. Operator and governing terms

A registered M1 Project legal entity, business address, and governing jurisdiction have not been provided for publication. We therefore do not invent them here. This unresolved operator information must be completed before a generally available commercial launch or legally cleared public contracting flow.
